E-commerce customers
The Information We Collect
On some pages, you can order products. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

The Information We DON’T Collect
Credit/Debit Card Information – we use third party payment processors to handle this information securely. None of your Credit/Debit card information is stored anywhere on this site.
Email newsletters
We may, from time to time, send out email newsletters. And you may see email newsletter sign-up forms on this website.
- We send email newsletters to recipients who have signed up, or who have transacted with us in some way in the past. We may use your personal data for our legitimate interests in order to provide you with details about our goods, services, business updates and events, which we think may be of interest.
- You can opt-out: our email newsletters will always contain unsubscribe links.
- We will never sell your data or pass it on to third parties (other than our data processors listed below)
- When you subscribe to our email newsletter, either Mailerlite (EU-based) or Mailchimp (US-based) will process your data, on our behalf (these companies provide the email marketing tools). You can read Mailchimp’s privacy policy and Mailerlite’s privacy policy.
- Where you have subscribed to receive marketing correspondence from us we will keep personal data 10 years from when you last interacted with us.
Our customer database
If you contact us using a form on this website, or purchase a product from this website, the personal data you provide will be stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Currently, we use CRM software called Highrise – from Basecamp, a US company. The Highrise privacy policy is available to read here. Highrise complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

Cookies are tiny files that help track the use of the site and to personalise your journey. These cookies can be stored on your browser so that if you return to a website, that website server can call the information from the cookies stored on your computer to tailor your experience of the site.

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

Adtrack, Affiliate, Retargeting Cookies
These cookies show us how you found our website and which website you came from. This helps us know which of our online marketing channels is most effective. They also allow us to reward some external websites for directing you to us. Retargeting cookies may be used – these cookies allow us to show our content when you leave our website and visit some other third-party websites.
Social Media

Log Files
Our systems automatically gather some anonymous information about visitors, including IP addresses, browser type, language, and the times and dates of webpage visits. We periodically delete old log files.
Legal Basis For Processing Your Personal Data

Data Security
- Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
Access To, Updating, Deleting And Restricting Use Of Personal Data

You also have the right to access information held about you and for this to be provided in an intelligible form.
